BTP-Games is currently offering day camps focused on World War II history. Middle and high school age participants engage in hands-on learning that explores the roots of the conflict, describes the major events and personalities, and explains the lasting impact of the conflict on the world today. The team employs boardgames as teaching tools to provide strategic framework for understanding the geography, tactics, and alliances of the period. The camp also includes interactive projects that reinforce problem-solving and teamwork.
This curriculum fosters a deep appreciation for history and equips participants with valuable skills through active participation and collaborative learning.

Half Day Camps $139
The full, five-day camp in either the morning 8:00 am to 12:00 pm or afternoon 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm sessions. Morning sessions focus on the European Theater, and afternoon blocks are geared towards the Pacific War. Every participant receives a name badge and a certificate to commemorate completion of the World War II camp.

Full Day Camps $249
The full, five-day camp from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with lunch included. The morning and afternoon sessions cover the European and Pacific conflicts from different perspectives to ensure that full time participants get the most complete story of WW2. Every participant receives a name badge and a certificate to commemorate completion of the World War II camp.
Who We Are
Phil Lewis is an avid historian and gamer with more than three decades of experience with the Department of Defense, including time in uniform and as a civilian. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a Master of Science Degree in International Relations and has worked extensively in analytic and managerial roles. Over the course of his career, Phil has used gamification to address myriad challenges, develop analytic techniques, and build teams. He credits much of his academic and professional success to lessons learned at the game table.
Joey Steadman is a fellow history enthusiast and gamer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History Education and an MBA and brings a deep passion for the past and a wealth of real-world experience. A veteran and current military spouse, Joey serves as a Deputy with the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office. He blends discipline, dedication, and a commitment to community with years of experience engaging young minds. As co-founder of the popular Dice Tower podcast and review channel, Joey knows how to make history fun and interactive—perfect for adolescent education as they explore epic battles, legendary figures, and untold stories. Joey is committed to sparking curiosity and building confidence through hands-on historical adventures.
